WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

  • Flight tickets (flying with Lufthansa to Ljubljana via Frankfurt, 1 check in baggage included)
    Three meals per day (in the hotel, but also including lunch in Postojna, seaside dinner in Piran, lunch in Alpine Bovec and lunch in Ptuj High School).

  • All transportation (including all private shuttle rides for daily trips)

  • All entrance fees for activities and attractions in the program including Postojna cave with Cave train ride, Predjama Castle, Old City Center and Beach Piran entrance, WW1 world fortase entrace, Soča valley rafting experience, Ptuj Castle musem entrance, Ljubljana boat ride, Ljubljana Furnicular and Castle entrance, Ljubljanica river boat ride)

  • Accomodation (7 nights in ****M Hotel, Ljubljana, Slovenia)

  • Workshops & Training

    • Workshop 1: Preparation for the visit to the Office of the President of Slovenia - international relations and public speaking

    • Workshop 2: Project activities at High School Ptuj - intercultural communication skills

    • Workshop 3: Preparation for the business visit - pitch construction and networking skills

    • Workshop 4: Preparation for the Slovenian Parliament and Government  - debate and argumentation

PAYMENT PROCEDURES ​

  • ​You will receive an official invoice with full payment instructions.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

  • After payment you will receive official conformation documents. 

  • Please note: any transaction or transfer fees charged by your bank are your responsibility

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

To make things simple and secure, we offer two installments:

  • First installment: $2,500 due November 1, 2025
    (non-refundable; paying this secures your spot on the program)

  • Second installment: $2,500 due March 1, 2026

 

Prefer to settle everything upfront? You can pay the full amount at once (by November 1, 2025) and receive a 10% early payment discount — your total will be $4,500 instead of $5,000.
