Information about upcoming online Q&A sessions with our professional chaperones for both parents and students. These sessions are designed to answer all your questions and give you complete confidence before confirming your travel.
Spots are limited! We always travel in small groups to ensure safety, a positive group dynamic, and authentic relationships with our chaperones. This means places may fill quickly — we recommend applying as soon as possible

APPLICATION DEADLINE
This is the final date to submit your application. On this day we will:

Confirm whether the group and travel dates you applied for will be implemented (a minimum of 10 students is required per group).

Send out official invoices and info packages for all the travelers.

First Payment Due

Purpose: This payment secures your spot in the program

Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive your official confirmation documents
If you decide to pay the full program price by this date, you’ll receive a 10% early payment discount — reducing your total to $4,500 instead of $5,000.

PREPARATIONS
In the months leading up to departure, we will provide:

Online preparatory meetings for both students and parents
-
Training sessions and activities (online, and in-person where possible) to get students ready for travel
These sessions ensure that everyone feels confident, connected, and well-prepared before the adventure begins.
TRAVEL TO EUROPE

Students will meet their chaperone at Houston Airport on the agreed date and time to begin the journey. After the 8-day program, parents or legal guardians will pick up their students at the airport upon return, accompanied by the chaperone. Throughout the entire trip, the chaperone will be available 24/7 to ensure safety and to provide updates for parents.
